【Transcript of Podcast Episode #38】
Hi, everyone. This is MT.
I’m a language learning advisor, English coach as well as multi-language learner myself.
Today, I am going to talk about how I arrange my online lessons as a student.
I take short online lessons several times a week, 15 minutes per time.
I think it is important to take an initiative and plan what I want to do in the lesson.
My purpose of taking this online lesson is to get used to speaking my target language, which is Mandarin Chinese.
So, every time I pick a topic and think (about) what I want to talk about.
If there are some words I don’t know, I write (them) down and look(them) up in the dictionary.
and trying not to write sentences because I want to improve the skill of forming sentences on the spot.
I really like my teacher (writing) correct sentences in the chat box if I make (any) mistake.
I recommend planning your own lessons which cater to your needs.
If you are not sure what you can do to improve the skill you want to improve, talk to your teacher and get suggestions at the end of the day, you are the one who practices so you should decide what you want to do with the help of your teacher or language coach.
All right.
Let me make an announcement.
I’m providing language learning advising sessions for free.
If you are interested, please go to my website for more information.
Thank you so much for listening and I hope to see you next time.
Bye!
